Adult Group Class / Dance Program
If the vibe of the sock hop, jukebox, and saddle shoe days enlivens you, then come learn the exuberant Jitterbug! This class will help you acquire solid body awareness in order to have healthy knees, consistent energy, and balanced poise. We'll learn the basic pulse, turns, embraces, and how to dance this genre authentically with rhythm. Solo dancers and partners welcomed to attend.
