In this class, explore modern dance’s roots in ballet and ethnic dance while branching into improvisation and martial arts. Strengthen, stretch and tone yourself. Leave your shoes and socks at the door!

Dance experience is required. Modern dance experience is highly recommended.
Please wear movement appropriate dance or fitness attire. This class is done in bare feet. Prior experience in Modern dance and/or completion of Modern Beginning necessary.
