This class is designed for students interested in the fundamentals of learning movement and developing physical ability in variable movements that apply to all dance genres. Along with expanding awareness of the body, musicality, body strength and flexibility, there is a focus on dance as dynamic artistry.
10 to 14 years
Weekly for 16 weeks
Dance attire options: black leotard or black t-shirt with black leggings or black dance capris or pants (no jeans). Class is danced in bare feet but socks may be brought for some of the exercises. Hair must be pulled back.
