Open to all levels, experience, and ages, this class refines balance and posture, tones muscles, and improves flexibility. Whether you took ballet as a kid or are coming to it for the first time, the class will develop fundamental dance skills while coordinating movement to music. You’ll work up a sweat in a fun, supportive atmosphere.
Weekly for 4 weeks
No experience necessary. Students younger than 13, please contact instructor for permission.
Wear ballet slippers or socks and comfortable dance or exercise clothing.
