Learn the basics of playing rock & blues songs in a fun and supportive setting! We’ll learn classic and current rock rhythm guitar grooves with power chords; get more familiar with dominant 7th chords, and maybe even learn a little about barre chords. We’ll definitely play songs with cool riffs, and look at how chords and song structure help the musical storytelling of the blues.
And as we work on our riffs, we’ll demystify some guitar jargon like bends, slides, hammer-ons and pull-offs. This will be fun!
