Korean Pop is a music genre that is built on the idol industry in South Korea. Learn the latest dances from popular Korean acts for 75 minutes. This will include warm up and learning the choreography with some basic fundamental moves. Come out and leave the studio like you are part of BLACKPINK or BTS

Lauren Sheng discovered her passion for dance at 11 years old after exploring various hobbies and landing in a hip hop class. With 20 years of teaching and performing experience, she specializes in K-pop choreography, making it accessible for dancers of all levels. At Yin He Dance Center, she teaches K-pop dance to pre-teens, teens, and adults, and even led young dancers to perform with IU during her 2024 Chicago tour. Outside the studio, Lauren directs the Knockout Dance Crew and has danced with several elite teams. She hopes to inspire her students to find the same joy in dance that she does.
