Clawhammer Gym: An Exercise Routine To Whip The Right Hand Into Shape with Jonas Friddle

Clawhammer banjo players, does your right hand seem stuck in a rut?  This workshop will teach you an exercise routine designed to increase your precision, speed and drop thumb confidence.  Attendees will learn to take a simple warm up tune and apply increasingly challenging right hand techniques that they can then apply to the rest of their repertoire.  Intermediate or advanced level recommended.
