Did you know that the Renaissance period has a huge tradition of hip country dance and tunes set for a whole fiddle consort? This workshop will explore the greatest hits fiddle dance tunes of the 16th century as well as fiddle consort 4 and 5 part settings of popular songs of the day. Open to intermediate and advanced levels, and must be able to read music. Music will be emailed upon registration.
This is a hybrid workshop. You can attend in person or online. A recording will be provided to all enrollees.
