Gary will unveil fresh insights into the guitar fingerboard. We will look at a couple elements of “standard” tuning that are keys to unlocking the confusing secrets of the fingerboard.
Gary Lee Joyner taught his first guitar class at a YMCA when he was 21. He went on to teach workshops, classes, and privately in music schools, colleges, studios, and stores across the country. His instructional material has been published in guitar magazine and book formats. He has focused in recent years on a unique approach to the guitar, focusing on making it accessible and useful to players of any level and style. Old Town School is one of his favorite places on earth.
