Join Kerry for an open mat class that will take you through the Classical series of exercises developed by Joseph Pilates. Regular Pilates practice builds strength, flexibility and a solid mind-body connection. Whether you are completely new to the method, or a seasoned practitioner, this open mat class will provide you with a challenging workout, tailored to your level through offered “modifications”.
