Pilates

Join us for an open mat Pilates class! Pilates mat classes are a full body workout using gravity and body resistance. Regular Pilates practice builds strength, posture, balance, flexibility and a solid mind-body connection. Whether you are completely new to the method, or a seasoned practitioner, this open mat class will provide you with a challenging workout, tailored to your level through offered modifications.
