All instruments and voices are welcome in this class that explores various techniques and approaches to song writing. Learn about music theory, song structure, musical styles and genres, lyric writing, and performance. Using improvisation, games, brainstorming activities, and supportive feedback, students will learn to write their own original songs. This class is created especially for kids with a focus on self expression. Your teacher will guide you as you write and compose original songs throughout the session with a performance at the end.
