Toot your horn on some brassy holiday music! Participate in this workshop and you automatically have a gig: playing holiday tunes in the lobby of the Old Town School before a sold-out Songs of Good Cheer show on December 14th! Old Town School teaching artists Anna and Evan Jacobson will lead the class through arranged, notated versions of holiday classics, as well as a New Orleans brass band-style tune or two. It is recommended that attendees have some experience reading sheet music on their instrument. All brass and woodwind instruments welcome! Participants that cannot make the holiday performance are still welcome to attend the workshop.
