Students will be taught both basics to advance moves such standing and floor work, top tock, weaving, coffee grinder, spiders, six step, and other power moves. Handstands, and strength conditioning is part of the curriculum to build upper body strength. Please bring knee pads and loose fitting clothing that won't get caught on anything or rip easily.
Weekly for 8 weeks
No experience necessary, though overall fitness and flexibility is recommended.
