The 2016 strategic plan represented the best thinking of Old Town School's staff and board at a moment in time. It was created with input from teachers and students, with concert-goers and artists, with members and volunteers, and with donors and community leaders.
Many of the objectives in the plan have been addressed. And many of the plan's goals have yet to be achieved or need to be revisited in light of current conditions.
The board's strategic planning committee looks forward to kicking off another comprehensive and inclusive planning process when a new, permanent leader for the school is in place, likely in 2020.
