Bonnie Koloc

with special guest Mark Dvorak

4544 N Lincoln Ave · Gary and Laura Maurer Concert Hall · 773.728.6000

A longtime friend of Old Town School, Bonnie Koloc, with her crystalline voice and exquisite songs, has been part of Chicago's folk scene since 1968 when she was one of the pivotal acts at the Earl of Old Town, Orphans and Holstein's folk music clubs. A true renaissance woman - from her singing and songwriting to her book illustrations and poetry - Koloc's artistry knows no bounds.

"A folk-ballad-pop-blues singer of enormous range, charm, and charisma.” - New York Times

“One of the giants of the 70's Old Town folk scene that included John Prine and Steve Goodman, and still going strong…” - Greg Kot, Chicago Tribune
