Songs of Good Cheer, the annual caroling party hosted by Tribune columnists Mary Schmich and Eric Zorn and featuring exceptional musicians from the Old Town School, pivots online and into your home in 2020. Now in its 22nd year, this holiday sing-along has become both an Old Town School and Chicago tradition. While we can't gather to sing together in Maurer Hall, we can stay safe and cozy at home, watch a livestream broadcast, and sing along with the downloadable Songs of Good Cheer songbook. A portion of ticket sales will benefit community partners of the Chicago Tribune's holiday community giving campaign.

Let's all get together, virtually, to keep this joyous tradition going through this extraordinary time.

All Songs of Good Cheer ticket holders will receive an email by December 18th with a private YouTube link to view the pre-recorded concert broadcast and a link to download the Songs of Good Cheer holiday songbook. The link to view the concert will be available for ticket holders to view through December 20.

This year's event was made possible with the generous support of the Robert R. McCormick Foundation, James L. Wilson and Pamela Toler, the Babcock Family, and Erica Nelson and Steve Schueppert.
