Jarochicanos is a multi-generational collective from Chicago with a deep appreciation and love of the centuries-old music tradition from southern Veracruz, México, son jarocho. Since 2008, Jarochicanos have been gathering in Pilsen as a music and dance youth workshop for learning the son jarocho tradition as it builds and celebrates community. Celebrate Latinx Heritage Month and discover Mexican music and tradition at The Old Town School of Folk Music!
