A perfect song for spring! Many frustrated guitarists have tried to play this classic in standard tuning and it never sounds quite like the original. We will learn it using the original Gsus4 open tuning, in a slightly edited down arrangement for solo acoustic guitar. Jimmy Page was inspired by Joni Mitchell & David Crosby’s use of alt tunings. We will also discuss “shape oriented” methods of composing using altered tunings. This ONLINE workshop is for intermediate/advanced players.
