‘70s and ‘80s Feel Good Sensations Ensemble

From Soul Train to American Bandstand, the soundtrack of the seventies and eighties are the songs that make the whole world sing. Songs range from “You’re So Vain,” “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart,” “Love the One You’re With,” “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough,” “Reunited and It Feels so Good,” “Easy Lover,” “I’ve Had the Time of My Life,” ane more.

Dance, play, and sing two, three and four-part harmonies. Feel free to bring your platform shoes!

Special Info

All participants should have a solid foundation on their instrument—guitarists should be comfortable with barre chords and basic 7th chords, Guitar 2 Repertoire and above.
For pianists, proficiency with either reading lead sheets or playing with guitar charts. Note-reading is not required but may be helpful. Piano 3 or the equivalent experience suggested. Bassists and drummers should maintain a steady pulse and handle essential grooves. Strings and horns should be able to follow a lead sheet, chord chart, or play proficiently by ear. Vocalists should be able to sing in tune and in time.
