Collaborative Songwriting: A Workshop with Kacie Swierk

Whether a seasoned writer or just starting out, have you ever wondered what it would be like to write with someone else? In this workshop, we’ll explore how songwriters can work together to create a song that bends, shapes, and challenges their own ideas. After spending some time talking about what creative collaboration might or can be, we’ll hop into big and small group writing exercises that allow you to meet and work with others, all while prompting ideas of how to jumpstart writing sessions and collaborative songwriting in your own life. 
 
*Open to all levels of experience
*No instruments, but please bring a pencil and some paper!
*The more the merrier, so don’t hesitate to bring your band, tell your friends, or give it a try yourself.
