Explore music played for centuries for life events, celebration, song and dance. Learn a traditional rhythm with multiple jembe and dunun parts and arrangements. Have fun developing technique, challenging listening skills and building musical phrasing.
Students should bring a jembe or dunun if possible, some drums will be available for use.
All levels welcome.
