Rebecca Toon has been singing since she was able to talk. Not a naturally gifted vocalist, she had to study to build her voice and she’s pretty pleased with the results! She has been teaching voice and guitar at the Old Town School since 2003. She has a Masters in vocal performance from University of Illinois, and studied speech language pathology at Northwestern. Her focus is on Mindful Singing Method which facilitates an easy singing technique that works with any style of music and that can benefit beginners and seasoned singers alike.
