Join veteran teaching artist and performer, Bill Brickey and a few surprise guests as they lead songs of peace and justice. Be inspired by the words of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and gather in community as we celebrate the life and philosophy of this great American leader. Focus on songs from the heyday of the ‘60s civil rights movement including music of Marvin Gaye, Sly Stone and much more.
All ages are invited. We will project words and chords in the Zoom format.
We’re offering this twice on this special day at 1PM and again at 7PM .

Whether you attend one of these events or not we urge you to spend time during the day reflecting on Dr. King and his contribution to our country and the world. One of his many inspiring quotes reads “Life’s most persistent and urgent question is: ‘What are you doing for others?’
