Power Pop is a genre of rock that has Beatle-esque pop melodies with loud, rockin' guitars. We'll learn songs by favorite Power Pop artists such as Big Star, Cheap Trick, Weezer, Fountains of Wayne, Sloan, The Smithereens, The Lemon Twigs, The Foo Fighters, and more. You'll also learn some of the basic skills it takes to play and sing in a band - then put them to use playing an end-of-session performance.
