Louie has been dancing full throttle since 1985, learning to Contra, Cajun, and Swing dance as well as a post-modern dance form called Contact Improv. Louie started teaching swing dancing in 1992 at the Moosehead Bar and Grill and the Bop Shop (both clubs are now closed). In April of 1997, Louie started teaching Swing and Cajun Dancing at the Old Town School of Folk Music. During the day you can find him teaching Line Dancing and Tai Chi for the Chicago Department on Aging.
