An introduction to the djembe and dunun drums, music and culture of West Africa. Have fun learning traditional music played for centuries for celebration, dance, and life events. Students will develop technique, listening and communication skills while building musical vocabulary.
No experience necessary, all levels welcome. Students that have a djembe can bring it, but we also have drums to share. Ages 5-12
