Visiting teaching artist Pédro Teixeira from L’Ecole de Musique in France will provide instruction drawing from his vast knowledge and adoration of this music genre. Students will consider both rhythm and lead approaches in the styles of James Burton, Carl Perkins, Scotty Moore, Link Wray, and others. Grab your guitar and a small amp and join us or use an acoustic to slide, hammer-on, and apply double stops.
