Join master musician and educator, Renato Anesi (see World Music Wednesday 10/17/12) for a Brazilian strings workshop featuring guitar, bandolim, cavaquinho, viola, and tenor guitar. Renato will demonstrate the fundamental techniques and the range of sound possibilities of each instrument. He will also give a brief history and background of each instrument. Students are encouraged to bring their stringed instruments although they are not required for the workshop.
