Beginning with the Carter Style approach to guitar playing, learn how the melodies of many songs come right out of the chords you play. Begin more advanced lead playing when you learn to flatpick fiddle tunes. You will leave this class introduced to the left and right hand techniques - hammer-ons, pull-offs, slides, bends, alternate picking, rest strokes, and crosspicking - used in your own solos.
