Songwriting: The Creative Process

Adult Group Class / Songwriting Program

Sue Demel has designed a syllabus based on seven questions and an artists own personal creative journey to answer them with their own work. Recharge your song writing, singing, and performance (inner and outer) voice.
The class will consist of show and tell of your own songs and writing, as well as examples, tips and tricks, homework, and give and take dialogue with Sue and your classmates. This series will help remind you how to tap into inspiration and find joy and honesty in your performances and your craft. Principles discussed and put into practice weekly will be dynamics, improvisation, stream of consciousness writing, harmony and more. This class will make you laugh and work and laugh some more. Sue asks that you have blank books and recording devices for this session, oh and don't be afraid to bring and share your work, that's what it's all about!
Sue will be offering this class every other session.
