Zumba with Laura Riebock

Ditch the workout and join the party! Zumba is a fusion of Latin and world music dance themes that creates a dynamic, exciting and effective alternative to "working out." Zumba combines dance moves from salsa, cumbia, merengue, samba, flamenco, and African, with hip pops, booty shakes and shoulder shimmies. Zumba is a dance workout that anyone can do - no regimented steps but fun routines that allow you to move to the music. Classes feature dance-disguised aerobic and fitness interval training that tone and sculpt the body, but you can come for the music and fun. Move fast and have fun - Zumba!
