Enjoy spectacular live music while browsing the brunch buffet, including an assortment of fresh pastries, fruit, french toast and a made to order omelet station. The Koval Distillery-sponsored cash bar will include brunch & bluegrass inspired craft cocktails as well as beer and wine.

The Hopfielders Duo

The Hopfielders Duo is a collective of some of the finest bluegrass pickers in Chicago, led by bassist, guitarist, and singer Aaron Smith (Growler, Joybird, On Big Shoulders). They perform bluegrass music of all stripes, from the early Bill Monroe and Flatt & Scruggs sound to the progressive and newgrass stylings of Tony Rice and Sam Bush, and more.
