    A weekly showcase of world music and dance featuring the best local and touring talent! Most shows are Wednesday nights at 8:30 PM.

  • Argentinean born Chicago musician, comes from a generation of musicians that participated in the birth of Argentinean National Rock in the 80's. Damian belongs to a large chain of family musicians including his Grandfather Edmundo Rivero, one of the best Tango singers in Argentina of all time. From his father Muni Rivero he learned voice interpretation, guitar playing and music composition.

    In the late 90's Damian was signed by Warner Music and his first production was release in the market titled "Damian Rivero" produced by Ish Ledesma and Adrian Posse. The first track of his first release "Helena" made it into the top 10 radio play rankings in Argentina. He promoted his first release with tours in Mexico and Argentina in numerous stages and a full TV promotion on some of the most popular TV shows including "Siempre en Domingo". In the year 2000 he travels to the USA where he continues to play at different venues in Miami, Arizona, and Chicago.

    In early 2007 he signs a management agreement with Latin Street Music president and producer Andres Meneses and together they release his second production "Con El Diablo En El Hombro.”
