The Chicago International Salsa Congress (CISC) produced by Rosita Ragin and Old Town School's very own mambo/chachacha instructor, Saladeen Alamin, presents a sizzling appetizer for their annual Congress held on February 9-12 at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare. This year's event features several stellar local dance troupes accompanied by the sounds of the Congress's signature DJs.
