Welcome to the Resource Center!
The Resource Center houses a collection of over 20,000 recordings, books, and magazines. In keeping with the School's overall mission to preserve and present folk and roots music, the collection is organized and open to all. There are three complete stereo systems for students to listen and a comfortable reading lounge in the basement lobby. Students and the general public are welcome to explore the Resource Center's holdings, but only faculty and and staff people may check out books and recordings to take home.
Audio Archives
The Resource Center has been working to archive Old Town School's collection of concert recordings, and soon over 100 songs from this collection will be available on iTunes and other digital music outlets. In-house viewing and listening options are also in the works.
