The Wilders
Saturday, July 9th at 3:15PM on the Main Stage

Harkening the golden age of country music, The Wilders are a genuine Kansas City string band of the highest order. Vintage country classics infused with a new found passion for the old time music that ruled the airwaves in the early days of radio. Borrowing from the vast and dusty collection of 20th Century Americana, The Wilders careen through the string band music of the 1920s, 1930s early country, and the honky tonk of the '40s. While their sound pre-dates rock'n'roll by a few years, The Wilders approach this classic era of American Music with the same fire as some of the best early rockers.

Listen:
Jawbone (2.5M mp3)
Kansas City Star (2.7M mp3)
Oklahoma Run (2.2M mp3)
