Chicago's acclaimed cooking school and retail store The Chopping Block conducted cooking demonstrations each day of the festival.
Saturday: 1:30, 3:30, & 5:30PM
Venezuelan Pan de Jamón - a traditional yeast bread filled with ham, raisins and olives.
Sunday: 1:30, 3:30, & 5:30PM
Old-fashioned, All-American Ice Cream - fresh peach and peppermint stick.
