  • Tim is an entertainer for all ages. His mission in work and in life is to spread kindness and joy, and to encourage others to do the same.He is on a multi-city tour for the release of his new album Home, and Old Town School is the first stop!

Tim's performance is an engaging, interactive set of original songs and stories. It's a dance party from beginning to end.

When he's not dancing with his tambourine with the insanely popular viral music collective Postmodern Jukebox, Tim hosts the only live morning show for preschoolers, The Sunny Side Up Show on NBCUniversal's Sprout channel. With his co-host Chica the Chicken, Tim sings songs, performs sketches, and celebrates everyday moments for an audience of millions of kids and their caregivers each day. Broadcasting every morning from 30 Rockefeller Plaza in NYC makes the show a destination for special guests; favorite visitors include OK GO, Lentil the Dog, Matt Lauer, Wrangler the Dog, William Shatner, and the First Lady of the United States, Michelle Obama. Tim made his Sprout debut in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in 2013, and has appeared in NBC's long-standing PSA campaign, "The More You Know."

Tim discovered his love for family music while volunteering in the nursery of an NYC homeless shelter during college. His "indie pop for all ages" aims to entertain without excluding anyone, young or old, though he prefers the term "young at heart."

He has released two albums for families, most recently Anthems for Adventure in 2013. Songs from that album have spent multiple weeks at #1 on SiriusXM KiDS Place Live, and Tim and his band have played sold out shows at the Music Hall of Williamsburg, Brooklyn Bowl, Symphony Space, and the Smithsonian. He also headlined the kid stages at Lollapalooza and Austin City Limits.

Tim lives and rides his bike in Brooklyn. He loves animals.
