The mighty Roger McGuinn returns home to the Old Town School where he got his start. The story is well known and reads like a fairy tale. A young Chicago native named Jim McGuinn hears teacher Bob Gibson performing at his high school and is instantly convinced to take some lessons at the then nascent Old Town School. Jim leaves town, changes his name to Roger, forms the Byrds and makes music history.
