Mallika Sarabhai, the director of the Darpana Academy of Performing Arts of Gujarat, India presents this fantastic dance program showcasing the richness and diversity of Indian dance, using classical, folk, tribal and contemporary choreography to celebrate India's multiculturalism and plurality. The 10-member troupe takes the audience from the temples of southern India to the forests of the Dangs.
The artists will give a workshop as part of the Thursday Workshop Series on October 7th.
