Grammy nominated saxophonist Joshua Redman has been the darling of jazz critics for more than a decade carrying the tenor saxophone torch that John Coltrane, Sonny Rollins, and his father, the great Dewey Redman carried before him. After graduating Phi Beta Kappa from Harvard in 1991, Joshua turned down Yale Law school to concentrate on his music and has not looked back since. From Grammy nominated dates as a leader to prestigious sideman gigs alongside Pat Metheny. Herbie Hancock, and Brad Mehldau, Joshua's musicianship is unlimited and his live shows are astonishing.
