Amazingly, this prodigy of the national instrument of Puerto Rico was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. His uncanny skill has brought him to some of the most prestigious stages in the U.S. including Carnegie hall in 1995. He has been a featured artist in The Puerto Rican Art Alliances' Cuatro Festival on several occasions.
