The Pilgrim Jubilees (or "The Jubes" as they are known) are true gospel legends that have been performing together for more than 60 years. The original members all hailed from Mississippi but reformed in Chicago in the early '50s. Their prolific recording career includes many early recordings with Nashboro and Peacock before they signed with gospel's venerable Savoy Records and with Malaco. Since the '80s, they proved themselves as one of the top gospel quartets charting several times with Billboard and recorded a live greatest hits album in 1994 that became one of the top-selling gospel albums of any era.
