Flow Yoga
Swan-dive into the graceful sun salutations that are united with the breath and the gaze, increasing your concentration, peace, flexibility, strength, and endurance. (Flow Yoga is aerobic, too!). All levels are welcome, as the practice is modified to fit the needs of everyone in the class. Bring your own yoga mat and a small towel. We have all the other props you'll need!
