This gently paced yoga class is perfect for newer and less active students as well as seasoned students wanting a less aerobic and more reflective practice. The class offers deep stretching, basic postures, and some smooth flowing movement. Expect both floor-based and standing postures as you develop strength , flexibility, and balance.
Please bring your own mat.
Prerequisites: Open to all levels. No experience necessary.
