Adult Group Class / Dance Program
Beginning and ending with easy stretching, focus on ballet exercises at the barre, focusing on ballet’s three elements: bending, rising, and elongating. All bodies are welcome from every skill level. Join us for a mid-day chance to stretch, strengthen, and focus.
Grouped with: Ballet / Four Week Class
60 minutes
Weekly for 4 weeks
No experience needed.
Please wear comfortable, form-fitting clothes in which you can fully stretch, and bare feet, socks, or ballet slippers.
