This is primarily a follow-up class to Jazz Theory for All Instruments. Students get a chance to improvise over the chord changes in a jazz standard or modal tune using the appropriate scales/modes discussed in Jazz Theory for All Instruments. Students will also practice the application of the scales/modes over major and minor 2-5-1 changes.
