Explore rhythm, space and movement basics while moving to upbeat music though improvisational games. Learn fundamental dance steps, classroom games and combinations, with an emphasis on students’ creative exploration! We'll add new layers to activities from Move & Groove while also learning more complex dance steps (the grapevine, box step, pivot turns and more) while incorporating some floorwork (somersaults, handstands and rolls).
Please wear comfortable clothing.
