Explore the wide ranging repertoire of the American Northeast. Learn to play hornpipes, reels, schottisches, jigs and more. Songs will be learned in sets ideal for contra dances and as individual pieces for couple dancing. Be prepared to learn five songs by ear at a speed appropriate for dancing. The class will stage a live dance each session.
